Views and likes don't pay the bills. The only numbers I care about are the ones tied to real money: ROAS, AOV, CAC, and revenue.

The offer beats the algorithm

Perfect targeting can't save a weak offer. Most "ad problems" are really offer problems.

Find the leak first

If real-lead-to-booking drops, throwing more budget at it won't fix anything. I trace where the funnel breaks, fix that, then scale.

Funnel as one system

Prospecting and retargeting feed each other. Optimizing one without watching the other is how you burn budget.

Owner mindset

I think about your P&L first, your dashboard second. Sometimes the right call is cutting spend instead of scaling it.
